University Students

For all post-secondary students, we bill directly your insurance company. So you have to pay only the portion not covered by the insurer. We do see a number of University students and staff members.
The following describes briefly Ottawa University student coverage.

For Ottawa University students, the Insurance coverage period is from September 1st to August 31st. Your insurance is only activated once all your fees have been paid off.
 

You have $750 per covered person per benefit year. Basic and Comprehensive Basic Services combined. Basic services include: cleaning, examination, x-rays, fillings at 75% and wisdom teeth extraction are covered at 50%.

You have $1000 per covered person per benefit year. Basic and Comprehensive Basic Services combined. Basic services include: cleaning, examination, x-rays, fillings at 100% and wisdom teeth extraction are covered at 100%.
